Outlook Email Configuration
The following procedures outlined how to add a New E-mail Account to Microsoft Outlook 2003:
- Open your Microsoft Outlook
- On the Tools menu, select "E-mail Accounts"
- Select "Add a new e-mail account", and click Next.
- Select POP3, and then click Next.
- Fill in all the information as required:

Notes:
- Replace with your actual domain name
- Do Not enable "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA). |
| 6. Click on "More Settings" button to continue |
7. Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
8. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
9. Click "OK" to continue.
10.Click "Next" to finish the setup.
11.Your email account is now configured properly on your Microsoft Outlook.
